Investment Philosophy
We, where possible, attempt to structure transactions and execute investments in “enclosed system environments.” Typically, this requires an intimate knowledge of the industry or industries concerned with a view to reduction of the risk of investment by organizing the parameters or environment in which that investment will occur. Simply put, it is our interest to organize associations of participants and to then invest in entities that will form part of the association created. Generally, we have little or no interest in investing in projects presented to us by external parties preferring instead to develop investments originated within SOZA Group.
